What's alive in you right now?

Join me for a heart-opening morning of practicing empathy together, using the Love Smart: Heart-Centered Communication Cards as our guide. Whether you're brand new to Nonviolent Communication or you've been walking this path for years, this workshop offers a warm, supported space to deepen your capacity for empathy — for yourself, and for the people you love.

We'll begin by getting acquainted with the cards and how they work, then move into an Empathy Buddy practice, where you'll experience firsthand the gift of being deeply heard and the joy of offering that same presence to another. From there, we'll settle into the longer What's Alive in Me? process — a rich, guided journey through your feelings, your needs, and the character strengths you can draw on to support yourself with compassion.

You don't need any prior experience with NVC or the cards to join us. Come curious, come open, and come ready to discover what a little empathic presence can do.

What you'll receive:
A print-and-play set of the Love Smart Cards is included with your workshop registration, so you'll have everything you need to practice — during our time together and long after.
