Love Coach Academy:
Relationship Mastery Session 1
15 Pillars of Self-Mastery
A Foundation for Conscious Relationship & Lasting Love
This is a 2-hour recorded workshop along with a set of pdf tools.
The Question Nobody Taught Us to Ask
Most of us were never taught how to be with ourselves.
We were taught how to perform, how to achieve, how to manage the impression we make on the world. But not how to inhabit our own inner lives with honesty, courage, and skill. And so we arrive in our closest relationships carrying the accumulated weight of what we've never examined — the fears we've never named, the grief we've never completed, the patterns we keep repeating without knowing why.
What if the most important relationship you'll ever work on is the one with yourself?
What This Workshop Is
This two-hour session is the foundation of everything we teach at Love Coach Academy. In it, Scott and Katrina introduce the 15 Pillars of Self-Mastery — a framework for developing the inner capacities that make conscious, loving, and sustainable relationships genuinely possible.
These are not tips or techniques. They are orientations — ways of being with yourself and others that, practiced over time, transform the quality of every relationship in your life.
What We'll Explore Together
The 15 Pillars are organized across three domains, each building on the one before:
Domain I: The Inner Landscape
The work begins inside. You'll explore what it means to inhabit your body as a source of intelligence, to see yourself honestly without flinching, to engage with the parts of yourself you've kept hidden, to name your emotions with precision, to take full ownership of your inner world, and to move through loss and difficulty without bypassing or hardening.
Domain II: Choice & Conduct
From the inside out, you'll look at how you make choices — whether from awareness or conditioned habit — how you show up accountably in relationship, what it means to own your impact rather than just your intention, when to open and when to hold a boundary, and what it looks and feels like to live in alignment between your values and your actions.
Domain III: Relational & Transpersonal
The final domain moves into how you meet others and the larger field of life — through genuine empathy that doesn't require losing yourself, through childlike curiosity that keeps you learning, through the recognition that every relationship is a mirror offering you something to see about yourself, and through a commitment to continued becoming that turns this work into a lifelong practice.
You'll Leave With
— A clear map of the inner capacities that make love sustainable
— A personal reflection on where you are strong and where you are being called to grow
— Language for what you've always sensed but perhaps never been able to name
— A felt sense of what conscious relationship actually asks of you — and what it makes possible
— Supporting PDF materials to deepen your learning and guide your ongoing practice
— An introduction to the full Relationship Mastery 15-week course, if you feel called to go deeper
Who This Is For
This workshop is for anyone who has ever wondered why love feels harder than it should — and suspects the answer lives somewhere inside themselves.
It's for the person in a relationship who wants to show up more fully, more honestly, more skillfully. It's for the person who is single and wants to understand the patterns they keep bringing with them. It's for the coach or therapist who wants a clear, compassionate framework to offer their clients. And it's for anyone who simply knows, in their bones, that the quality of their relationships is a direct reflection of the quality of their inner life.
You don't need any prior experience. You need only a willingness to look honestly at yourself — and a desire for something more real.

Katrina Vaillancourt is a love coach and Nonviolent Communication practitioner whose work integrates somatic awareness, attachment theory, and the deep conviction that self-mastery is not a destination — it is the most loving practice a human being can choose.
Together, Scott and Katrina co-facilitate the Relationship Mastery series at Love Coach Academy — a 15-week online training designed to transform the way you know yourself and love others.
The practice is the point.
The becoming is the destination.
